Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Brand New Church handles information in the Brand New Church and Brand New Youth mobile applications (collectively, the “Apps”). We designed the Apps to provide church content and optional notifications without requiring an account or collecting personal profile information.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and the Apps do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or other user-submitted personal information.
If you enable push notifications, we receive and store a device notification token and limited technical details such as your device platform and type, operating-system version, app version, and the date the device last registered. A notification token identifies an app installation for message delivery; it does not tell us your name or contact details.
How we use information
We use this limited technical information only to operate the Apps, deliver notifications you have allowed, maintain compatibility, troubleshoot problems, and protect the Apps and our services. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, or use it to track you across apps or websites.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent information. We may share the minimum technical information needed with service providers that help us host the Apps or deliver notifications, including Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging. These providers handle information under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Your choices and retention
Push notifications are optional. You can disable them at any time in your device settings. We retain notification registration information only while it is reasonably needed to deliver and manage notifications. Invalid or inactive notification tokens may be disabled or removed. You may also contact us to request removal of a notification registration.
Children’s privacy
The Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no account or personal profile is required, we do not ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Apps, please contact us.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the limited information we maintain. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Apps or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date above.
